Median home valuations in Wilmer rose to $98,640 in October 2021

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2021 in Wilmer rose by $37,180 while total valuation remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $98,640 - a 60.5% increase over the $61,460 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wilmer in October 2020, as well.
