Rising home valuations in Lancaster in October 2021

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2021 in Lancaster rose by $13,000 while total valuation increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $143,430 - a 10% increase over the $130,430 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lancaster in October 2020.
