Glenn Heights median home valuations fell by 17.6% in October 2021

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2021 in Glenn Heights fell by $31,195 while total valuation increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $146,435 - a 17.6% decrease over the $177,630 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Glenn Heights in October 2020.
