Cedar Hill home valuations rose in October 2021

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2021 in Cedar Hill rose by $4,310 while total valuation decreased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $175,590 - a 2.5% increase over the $171,280 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Cedar Hill in October 2020.
