Lancaster median home valuations rose by 2.2% in November 2021

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2021 in Lancaster rose by $3,200 while total valuation increased by 84.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $147,580 - a 2.2% increase over the $144,380 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Lancaster in November 2020.
