How did home valuations perform in Cedar Hill during November 2021?

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2021 in Cedar Hill rose by $5,310 while total valuation increased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $170,180 - a 3.2% increase over the $164,870 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Cedar Hill in November 2020.
