November 2021: Home valuations in DeSoto fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2021 in DeSoto fell by $9,200 while total valuation increased by 74.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $181,650 - a 4.8% decrease over the $190,850 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in DeSoto in November 2020.
