The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,036.34, 5.09% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in December 2021, 17 properties sold in Lancaster.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Broderick Clay, 44, was the only registered voter residing at 401 W. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
