Crime Rate Decrease. This week the Cedar Hill Police Department delivered their 2021 annual report to the City Council, showing that the crime index rate in the City decreased by 13% in 2021.
2021 marked the fifth straight decrease in the crime index, falling 49 percent from 2016 to 2021. Cedar Hill continues to have the lowest crime rate in the Best Southwest region. Keep up the good work!
