DESOTO INTRODUCES A NEW MANAGMENT SYSTEM FOR ALARM USERS: The City of DeSoto is switching to a new management and payment system for our residents and businesses that use alarm systems. The new system will provide for convenient online payments to customer accounts.
The CryWolf management system from Central Square will provide users with improved system access and service options.
DeSoto residents and businesses will continue to receive notifications about false alarms with notifications being provided by the CryWolf system.
DeSoto alarm users will be able to access this system via a new service website. On the new site customers will be able to register and manage their alarm permit and pay permits and fines via a payment portal.
If you are an existing alarm customer your account should have already been transferred from the City of DeSoto to CryWolf. Customers will receive a letter next week with information about the new system.
If you are a new alarm system user you can go to the CryWolf website to register at www.crywolfservices.com/desototx or call them at (833) 981-4011 to register.
