Holiday Trash & Recycling Collection Schedule
The Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays fall on Sunday this year and will not impact the trash and recycling collection schedule. Beginning Monday, January 2, 2023, through Monday, January 9, 2023, Christmas trees may be disposed of at the Alan E. Sims Recreation Center (310 E. Parkerville Rd.) or Hillside Village (305 W. FM 1382) behind Dillards. Trees must be live, not artificial, and free of all ornaments, lights, tinsel, and décor. For more information or to sign up for service alerts, visit
