On Friday, March 21, former DeSoto High School standout Mimi Gatewood’s current collegiate team the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks lost 106-54 against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Purcell Pavilion, this was the first game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish during the championship.

Mimi Gatewood’s hometown is Desoto and game position is guard.
