City of DeSoto issued the following announcement on August 20.
The DeSoto CARE Team is an interdisciplinary group consisting of a clinical social worker, police officer, paramedic, and victim’s assistance coordinator.
It is a FREE resource provided by DeSoto to assist persons who are experiencing, or are at risk of experiencing, a behavioral health crisis.
