Join Mayor Rachel L. Proctor in honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at DeSoto City Hall on Monday, January 16th at 10am for the announcement of the winners of the MLK Art & Essay Contest. We will also have replicas of the Civil Rights Movement Display from the Dallas Civil Rights Museum. Refreshments served.
