A completed intake form and nutritional assessment are required prior to participation. Participants must also attend an annual nutrition education session presentation to remain in the program. There is no cost for this nutrition education session. Advanced registration is recommended. To reserve your spot, please contact the Senior Center at 972-291-5353 or visit in person at 1740 Mansfield Road. Seniors do not have to be a member of the Cedar Hill Senior Center to participate in the free lunch program. This program is sponsored in part by the Dallas Area Agency on Aging, and the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. Find more on this and other programs at cedarhilltx.com/55.
