The City of Lancaster Assistance Program is a temporary program created to provide financial relief toLancaster residents who were impacted by Covid-19. Eligible expenses include past due mortgageand/or utility services dated after March 13, 2020.
The City of Lancaster will work with Catholic Charities of Dallas, acting designated agent, to accesseligibility through an application process to determine the amount of financial assistance to each familyin need.
