There were 79 white students enrolled in Advantage Academy School District in the 2022-23 school year, 20.2% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Advantage Academy School District welcomed 1,012 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, white students comprised 7.8% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Advantage Academy School District roughly covers schools within Dallas County and has a main office in Duncanville.

Advantage Academy was the only school in the district which enrolled white students, welcoming 79 students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
